Hemolysis: not acceptable. Lipemia: Should be avoided. Icterus: Should be avoided.
Stable at room temperature (25ºC) for up to 5 days.
Stable for up to 7 days refrigerated at 2-8ºC.
For long term storage up to 10 months, keep at -20ºC.
Performance
Testing is performed Monday through Sunday.
Routine: Typically completed within 4 hours after the specimen arrives at the testing site.
